We are hiring in product and engineering (well in every team actually) at Vend at the moment, and we have amazing applicants come through, but one thing is very apparent: although we have many women, LGBT+, nationalities and cultures here we are not as diverse as we want to be. We want more diversity of everything because it gives us diversity of thought and to be honest this makes us a better company, build a better product and be better people full stop.

We are an inclusive and open team. We are not a sweatshop, nor are we boring. We challenge ourselves and work together every day to build amazing things and to add to this I want us to challenge our diversity. I believe you need to be the change you want to see, but in this case I am asking you to help us be it :)
